Shield
ProtectionFor five seconds, one mistap won't hurt you — your streak survives a slip.
Everything you need to go from your first tap to topping the leaderboard. Five minutes to read, sixty seconds to master.
Quantum Button is one button. Tap it as fast and as cleanly as you can. That's the whole game — and it's the last simple sentence you'll read.
There are two ways to play. Solo, you take on a mode and a clock and chase a score up the leaderboard. VS, you face a real person over a live video feed and throw battle items at each other until the timer runs out. Same button. Completely different nerve.
Pick a mode and your avatar, and tap. Every clean tap adds to your score and grows your streak multiplier; the deeper your streak, the faster your score climbs. Your best run in each mode goes up on that mode's leaderboard.
Mid-round, power-ups pop onto the play area for a few seconds. Tap one before it fades to grab it:
For five seconds, one mistap won't hurt you — your streak survives a slip.
Halves the pace for five seconds so you can pile on clean, easy taps.
Tap it for an instant +500 points. Free score — never leave it on the screen.
Five solo modes, each with its own leaderboard and its own way of testing you. Start in Classic; the rest are where you find out what kind of player you are.
Sixty seconds, one button, a smooth ramp in speed. The mode everyone starts in — and where most records are set.
Sixty seconds at a brutal pace, and a single miss ends the round instantly. No mercy, no second chance.
No clock at all — but pure precision: one miss and it's over. Chase your longest flawless run.
Five full minutes. A test of stamina and focus as much as speed. Pace yourself and stretch your hand first.
Sixty-six seconds at the game's fastest, cruellest speed. Miss and you don't die — you bleed points. Survive it.
This is the mode on the box. Hit Quick Match to get paired with someone anywhere in the world, or share a room code with a friend you want to beat. A private, peer-to-peer video link opens before the countdown — you see their face, they see yours, the whole time. It's optional, but the flinch when you drop an item on them is half the fun.
Then you tap — and you spend battle items to swing it your way. You bring these into every duel: earn them from crates, the daily wheel, quests and login streaks, or buy them in the shop with the coins you win. Eight to master:
Triple your score per tap for five seconds. Save it for a comeback from behind.
Double score per tap for eight seconds — a longer window than Fury, a smaller spike.
Floods your opponent's screen with decoy buttons. Tapping a fake breaks their streak — only the real one scores.
Absorbs the next three items thrown at you. Protect a lead you've fought for.
Freezes your opponent's button for two seconds. Watch them panic on the feed.
Sends their button orbiting the screen for four seconds. They can chase it — good luck.
Shows them a fake, inflated score for three seconds. They think they're losing and crack.
Knocks ten percent off your opponent's current score. Reliable, and always satisfying.
Every round pays out whether you win or lose. You bank coins and XP — coins buy items and skins in the shop, XP pushes your level up. Progress only ever goes forward.
Just showing up pays too. Spin the daily wheel for free rewards, clear daily quests that reset every twenty-four hours, and build a login streak that hands out bigger prizes the longer you keep it alive. Crates drop items, coins and — rarely — an ultra-rare mythic skin.
Your rank is your live spot on the leaderboard. Climb per-mode and overall boards; hit #1 and you wear the 👑. And as you play solo, the game gives you a skill tier and quietly tunes the speed to match you:
Thirteen real cats and dogs from the studio are your selectable in-game avatars. Your pick shows on your profile, on the leaderboard, and on your opponent's screen in the seconds before a duel. They're your face in the arena — meet the whole Squad here.
1. Hoard your buffs for the end. In a duel, the best players hold Fury or Overcharge for the final stretch — right when the opponent thinks they've won.
2. Barrier beats panic. If you're ahead in VS, a Barrier protects your lead from a last-second Bomb far better than tapping faster ever will.
3. Watch the face, not just the button. The live feed tells you when your opponent is about to strike. Read it and react first.
4. In solo, grab everything. Never let a power-up fade — Slow buys you a flurry of clean taps, and a Score Bomb is a free +500. Timing beats raw speed.
5. Show up daily. The wheel, the quests and your login streak quietly stack free rewards in your favour. It adds up fast.
